Norwich Abseil 2024 - consent form
Join us for an exhilarating adventure as we bring back the Norwich Abseil! This event will push your boundaries and provide a unique opportunity to abseil 45 feet from The Forum roof down to the upper millennium plain.
While every reasonable measure has been taken to ensure the safety of all participants some risks of injury will still remain. Before you take the plunge, we want to ensure your safety and make sure you have a fantastic experience. Please read and complete this consent form to participate.
This should be completed by the parent/guardian if the participant is under the age of 18.
