Krishna Sethia

Professor Krishna Sethia qualified from Oxford University and Guys Hospital in London in 1979. He held training posts in Bristol, Oxford and Newcastle, before being appointed a consultant in Norwich in 1990. He is an invited Fellow of the Edinburgh College of Surgeons.

His major interests have been in cancer surgery and promoting relationships between scientific bodies in Norwich. He has held several senior national positions in his specialty and was Medical Director of the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital from 2009 to 2015. He was then appointed Chairman of the British Journal of Urology International. He is an Honorary Professor at the University of East Anglia and will be High Sheriff of Norfolk in 2023/4
