Chris Schwer

Chris is Partner and Head of Property Division at Birketts Solicitors, specialising in all aspects of commercial property matters and acting for many of the region’s leading investors, developers, landlords, tenants and funders.

He trained with Birketts between 1985 and 1988 and upon qualification joined a city law firm. After a spell working in New Zealand, Chris re-joined Birketts in 2000.
