Family forums
Family Forums provide the opportunity for you to share your feedback and views directly with Phil, our Chief Executive and Tracy, our Director of Care.
This might be describing your family’s experience of services, to input to and help shape future EACH care service delivery, or to help raise public understanding and awareness of the needs of families and the role of children’s hospice services.
Each meeting will be for approximately one hour, online via Microsoft Teams, at a time to suit as many families as possible (this can include evenings). Meetings will take place every two months.
The meetings are relaxed and informal (you can watch our short video below to get a flavour of what the meetings are like!) There is no pressure to attend every time, and you are very welcome to have your children with you in the room and have a cup of tea (or a glass of wine or beer!) to hand.
