In art therapy sessions children and young people have the opportunity to express themselves through art, helping them to release thoughts, feelings and experiences.
The artwork produced allows young people to communicate issues that they may find feel confusing, contradictory or hard to put into words. Equally it can help those children and young people in our care who have difficulty communicating verbally to communicate what they are feeling.
Sessions are taken with our art therapists who are able to guide and encourage children and young people.
