“Everyone had a fantastic time. It was a lovely group and the children were so well-behaved” – siblings strike it lucky during an evening of tenpin bowling fun

Siblings struck up friendships and proved good sports during a night of tenpin bowling organised by East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).

The evening was for those who are either bereaved or have a brother or sister receiving care at The Nook.

Eleven youngsters, both boys and girls, enjoyed a night of fun at Norwich’s Hollywood Bowl.

EACH volunteer Karen Self said: “Everyone had a fantastic time. It was a lovely group and the children were so well-behaved.

“They got on brilliantly and made sure everyone felt part of the evening.

“It was very inclusive and everyone was welcomed and encouraged.”

As well as bowling, the youngsters tucked into some tasty food together.

EACH regularly organises activities for children of all ages but this event was especially for those aged ten and above.

An evening of crazy golf, also for older siblings, took place at Mr Mulligans last October.
