By purchasing any item(s) from East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice’s (EACH) online store (found at http://www.each.org.uk/support-us/online-store), regardless of how you reached the page and which device you are using, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

EACH (Trading) Ltd reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any point, as well as any product description, information or price. EACH (Trading) Ltd may also cease trade of a product altogether, without any reason or notification.

We will contact you after you have placed your order, to confirm the details of the items you have purchased, cost, delivery times as well as information regarding cancellation, refunds and replacements.  


Delivery Information

Items will be processed for postage within three working days of funds being cleared/notification of purchase. EACH uses Royal Mail Second Class delivery (Insert hyperlink http://www.royalmail.com/personal/uk-delivery/2nd-class-mail), so you can expect your item within three working days from posting.

EACH can only accept online orders which have delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you would like a quote for posting items overseas.


Payment

Payment made to EACH is secure. The pages which take personal and payment details are via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and all payment is taken through Sage Pay. Sage Pay accepts most VISA, MasterCard and Maestro debit and credit cards. EACH does not hold any payment card data.


Postage and Packaging

Postage and packaging costs will be added to your order during the payment procedure. Postage is calculated based on product dimensions and weight, as guided by our postal service provider rates.


Availability of product

If a product becomes unavailable after you have completed your purchase, we will contact you and you can choose the next steps from the following options:

  • Wait until the product becomes available (if likely to occur)
  • Full refund for product (including postage amount)
  • Choose another similar product (and pay extra price and postage, or be refunded the difference).

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return the product you have purchased from EACH, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your item, by calling 01842 821620 or emailing onlinesales@each.org.uk. Within 14 days of letting us know you would like to return your item, you must post the item to EACH Retail Distribution Centre, Unit 13-15, Brunel Business Court, Brunel Way, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 1HP. The buyer must pay for any postage costs incurred when returning an item, unless we have made a mistake with your order or the item is faulty. Within 14 days of receiving the item via post, we will refund you the full price of the item less the postage cost, providing you are in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, via the payment method you originally paid with, where possible. When returning an item to EACH, we recommend you obtain proof of postage as EACH will not be liable for the item until we have received it.

We will not refund an item if:

  • The buyer does not notify us that they would like to return an item within 14 days
  • The buyer does not return the item within 14 days of notifying us that they would like to return the item
  • We have reason to believe the buyer damaged the item once they received it
  • The buyer handled the item in an unacceptable way; worn or used the item.  
General

The products EACH sell are for domestic and personal use, they are not for resale and must not be used for unlawful, offensive or commercial purposes.

EACH reserves the right to use the funds raised from the online store wherever they are required most, to continue providing care and support to life-threatened children, young people and families across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

The product prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT. EACH’s VAT number is ​216 8793 76
