Families buckled up for a supercar spectacular during an unforgettable day of adrenaline-filled excitement.
The fourth Santa Drive organised by Chatsbrook featured an array of dazzling machines, starting their journey at the company’s Ketteringham Hall headquarters, in Church Road, Ketteringham.
The convoy then snaked its way just over 11 miles to The Nook – East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) base in Framingham Earl.
Children and young people receiving care, in addition to their families, were able to see the cars when they arrived.
They were invited to sit in the driver’s seat, try out the controls, pose for photos, and chat with the enthusiastic owners who volunteered their time.
“This event was all about having fun and giving families a break from the day-to-day challenges they face,” said Laura Southcott, EACH’s Senior Corporate Fundraiser for Norfolk.
“Seeing the children’s faces light up when they saw these incredible cars was truly magical.
“Moments like this create memories that families treasure, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported the event.
“The kindness, enthusiasm and support from within our community means so much to everyone here at The Nook.”
The Santa Run took place on Sunday, 7th December.
Chatsbrook Events Manager Amy Chick said: “Out of all the events we do, this is my favourite because it brings so many smiles to so many faces – not just the children at the hospice but all the people that get involved.
“Everyone’s excited and wants to have a good time, and if we can take some cars to the hospice and make people happy then it’s all worth it.”
