“I was blown away by the courage and commitment shown by every single person. It was truly inspiring” – daring fundraisers swap solid ground for soaring skies to complete an unforgettable skydive for EACH, raising more than £8,300

Fearless fundraisers have taken their dedication to new heights – completing an epic skydive for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).

Twenty-two daring participants signed up for the unforgettable challenge, jumping from thousands of feet and so far raising an impressive £8,318.

The final total is expected to climb even higher in the coming weeks, with donations continuing to roll in.

The EACH skydive took place at Beccles Airfield on Saturday, with two families currently receiving support from the charity among those taking part.

A team of nine from e-commerce business Yaheetech also jumped, in addition to two volunteers who selflessly give their time to help at The Nook – EACH’s hospice in Framingham Earl.

“I was blown away by the courage and commitment shown by every single person who took part in this incredible skydive,” said Natasha Butler, EACH’s Senior Community Fundraiser for Norfolk.

“Taking on such a daunting challenge in support of children and families who rely on our services was truly inspiring.

“Raising £8,300 is a fantastic achievement, and with more still to come, the impact of this effort will be felt by so many.

“I’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to all 22 participants, as well as everyone who donated or supported them along the way. You are making a real difference.”

The funds raised will go directly toward supporting vital services for children and families.

EACH is hosting another skydiving day at Beccles Airfield on Saturday, 19th September. For more information and to sign up, head here.
