A children’s hospice found itself fir-mly in the Christmas spirit thanks to the support of three kind-hearted Cambridge businesses.
Coton Orchard Garden Centre, Milton Christmas Trees and Hudson Timber all donated trees to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) at Milton.
They adorn the reception and care floor, helping create a warm, joyful environment for the children and families receiving care and support.
“We’re incredibly grateful for these kind donations and thankful to everyone who made this happen,” said Rebecca Aldhouse, Lead Administrator at Milton.
“The trees have put lots of smiles on faces and brought even more light and warmth to our beautiful hospice.
“Christmas can be difficult for many of the families we support, so knowing the local community is thinking of them will hopefully bring a sense of joy and comfort.”
The Coton Orchard Garden Centre is taking pride of place in reception, with the Milton Christmas Trees donation on the care floor. The company also donated a model reindeer, twinkling with fairy lights.
Hudson Timber are long-term supporters, and, in addition to their tree, which is also on the care floor, a representative also donated £100. Rebecca is pictured receiving the cheque on behalf of EACH.
