Retail Shop Manager

Please click here Are you: Passionate about customer service & building community support for the charity. An enthusiastic Manager with previous retail experience. Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and commercial awareness. Able to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets,Do you have a hands-on approach and the ability to: Recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of EACH. Influence and increase sales and productivity.Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage, however this role would also suit a candidate with high street retail experience. As this is a retail post, regular weekend work is required.
