Happy to work on your own at times. Flexible to work at the weekends.The role: Working with the shop manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock. Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction to their efforts. Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop. In the absence of the manager, ensuring that all monies are banked, daily/weekly banking & reporting processes are followed and shop is opened and closed at end of day.

Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and commercial awareness. Able to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets,Do you have a hands-on approach and the ability to: Recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of EACH. Influence and increase sales and productivity.Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage, however this role would also suit a candidate with high street retail experience. As this is a retail post, regular weekend work is required.
