Providing high-quality administrative support to the Head of Facilities and Director of Finance, including data analysis and maintaining effective filing systems. Supervising the Purchasing Assistant and overseeing the approved contractor and supplier approval process. Maintaining and reviewing a facilities contract register to ensure optimal terms and value for money. Ensure that volunteers are well informed and motivated so that they can develop to their individual potential. Maintain a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shops. Manage and undertake the sorting, moving and storage of a high volume of donated goods. Ensure that all monies are banked, and financial returns completed on a weekly basis. Responsibility for all aspects of security – stock, premises, money (retail income and cash donations) and volunteers / staff.
