You will join our Wellbeing and Leadership teams, supporting our service users, their families and our clinical colleagues. Ensure that volunteers are well informed and motivated so that they can develop to their individual potential. Maintain a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shops. Manage and undertake the sorting, moving and storage of a high volume of donated goods. Ensure that all monies are banked, and financial returns completed on a weekly basis. Responsibility for all aspects of security – stock, premises, money (retail income and cash donations) and volunteers / staff.
