A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex contracts and supplier relationships? A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to support the broader organisational goals?Do you have: Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond to sudden demands? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft reports, negotiate contracts, and build effective relationships with suppliers?Responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including complex contract negotiations and ensuring alignment with EACH’s strategic goals, including net-zero objectives. Providing high-quality administrative support to the Head of Facilities and Director of Finance, including data analysis and maintaining effective filing systems. Supervising the Purchasing Assistant and overseeing the approved contractor and supplier approval process. Maintaining and reviewing a facilities contract register to ensure optimal terms and value for money.
