This group is your chance to connect, share and spend time with others who are on a similar journey to you. It’s also a great way to enjoy some time just for you.
There will be refreshments provided.
Please note that this is not a public event, it is only open to mums, and women and non-binary carers of lead children who access EACH services at The Nook.
