Tickets
We ask supporters to pre-register for the event to give us an idea of numbers. Tickets are payable on the day.
General entry is free of charge.
Visit with Santa – £3 to include a small present
You are welcome to arrive any time between 3pm and 6pm. We usually find Santa is busiest between 4pm and 5pm so queues will likely be quieter outside of these times.
Directions/parking
The hospice is located at the Poringland end of Pigot Lane (NR14 7PX).
Parking is available on-site however is limited. We ask you to consider walking to the event if you live locally and can do so.
We ask that you keep the family spaces in front of the hospice clear for our service users and follow the directions give by our marshals.
Accessibility
Our hospice grounds are wheelchair friendly and we have toilets available, including disabled toilets.
