Take some time out to invest in yourself with a relaxing ‘Wellness Workshop’ hosted by Chiraswa at Satyam Yoga and Wellness Centre in Cambridge.
Led by an experienced, friendly practitioner, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, recharge and prioritise your own wellbeing in a welcoming and understanding environment. The session will focus on simple breathing techniques, practical stress-relief tools, gentle movement, co-regulation strategies and self care practices that can be used in everyday life.
These sessions are for any adult, whether you’re looking to learn coping techniques, connect with other parents or simply enjoy some dedicated time for yourself, we’d love for you to join us.
Goodie bags will be available, including a face mask for each adult.
Parking is available at Milton Hospice, with transfers included to and from the venue in Central Cambridge.
Please note this is not a public event, it is only open to parents and carers who access or have previously accessed EACH services at Milton.
