The 13.1 mile route starts and finishes as Portman Road Stadium – home to Ipswich Town FC. Organised by Run for All, the Larking Gowen Ipswich Half Marathon is a highlight of the UK running calendar.
You will head down Duke Street, through Ipswich Waterfront and then along Cliff Lane. Continuing around the River Orwell, you will head to Wherstead Road, back along Grafton Way before reaching the big finish at the stadium.
See it as a new challenge, sign up for fun or run in a group, regardless of your goal or reason the crowds will be out in full force to cheer you on and the atmosphere will be terrific as the town of Ipswich comes alive for the day.
