We understand when a child faces a life-limiting condition, it’s not just parents who are affected but grandparents too.
This group is your chance to connect, share, and find support with others who understand the unique challenges and joys of being a grandparent in these circumstances.
We are meeting at The Nook, and refreshments will be provided.
