DanceEast are hosting an exclusive yoga session for EACH families! This will be run by one of the studio’s dance artists, followed by coffee/tea and cake, and supported by EACH staff and volunteers.
This gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class will be suitable for anyone looking for a mindful and restorative session, including those who have never practiced yoga before. The calming class will combine classic yoga poses, breath work and blissful relaxation, with an overall focus on wellbeing.
All equipment will be provided by DanceEast, but please wear appropriate, comfortable clothing. Please be aware, you must be able to get up and down from the floor. If you are unsure about whether you might be suitable, please contact us before booking.
There are car parks located at St Peter’s Dock or Cardinal Park East which are all in close walking distance of the venue. Fees do apply. Other car parks may be available.
