Provided by Hocus Pocus Theatre CIC, we are hosting a very special visit from the Clown Doctors!
The Clown Doctors Clinic provides therapeutic clowning by trained performers who visit hospitals, hospices, and care settings to bring laughter, reduce anxiety, and offer playful, person-centred interactions for lead children and families using improvisation, music, and silliness to boost well-being through art and connection.
There will also be some self-care time, with opportunities to access our sensory room and garden. All children will remain the responsibility of their parent/carer at all times.
Every time slot allows one family special one-on-one time with the Clown Doctors. During booking you will only be asked to provide the lead child’s name, but please follow through the questions to provide names all of those attending. We have a tight schedule, so please aim to arrive on time for your slot. If you are going to be late, please contact us.
The Clown Doctors are freelance artists and are contracted by Hocus Pocus Theatre CIC for Suffolk Artlink. We may also have our photographer present for this event, so ask that you do update your photo permission preferences to align with your visit.
Please note this is not a public event, it is only open to lead children and their families who access EACH services at The Treehouse.
