Take some time out and invest in yourself with a gentle and supportive ‘Wellness Workshop’ hosted by Chiraswa at Satyam Yoga and Wellness Centre in Cambridge.
Led by an experienced, friendly practitioner, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, recharge and prioritise your own wellbeing in a safe and understanding environment. The session will focus on simple breathing exercises, practical stress management tools, gentle movement, co-regulation strategies and self care practices that can be used in everyday life to support your emotional and physical wellbeing.
This session is for bereaved adult but there is no expectation to share personal experiences and no previous experience is required. Whether you’re looking for practical wellbeing tools, a moment of calm or simply some dedicated time for yourself, you will be warmly welcomed.
Goodie bags will be available, including a face mask for each adult.
Parking is available at Milton Hospice, with transfers included to and from the venue in Central Cambridge.
Please note this is not a public event, it is only open to bereaved parents and carers who access or have previously accessed EACH services at Milton.
