Spiritual care
Our vision is that spiritual care is a core, specialist element of all the care we offer.
What we offer
We have a Spiritual Care Lead at each of our hospice sites, and a number of volunteer chaplains. All the volunteer chaplains we welcome into the hospice are carefully selected to follow our vision; they are not with us to push their particular faith position but to offer it if requested.
All our hospices have resources and facilities for people of all faiths and none, and we are able to make contact with representatives of different local faith and community groups if needed.
If you’d like more information, contact your local hospice team or Emma Scott, our Spiritual Care Lead based at The Treehouse.
Chaplaincy advice
If you are a minister or faith leader who is taking part in, or leading a funeral for a child or young person and you would like advice and support with this, please feel free to call or email The Treehouse's Spiritual Care Lead, Emma. She would be pleased to offer advice and support.
