Ever wanted to run a marathon, push yourself to new limits, or even take that first step into running?
EACH Mile Counts is your challenge, your way - below are a few ideas to get you started, but you can set the challenge and the pace. You could complete your run in a day, over a few days or over the course of 2019! Do it out in the fresh air or even in the gym.
- Run the Grand National - 4 miles. Yes OK, usually we see horses and jockeys battling their way around the course... but you could set yourself the challenge to be able to run 4 miles!
- Run a marathon - 26 miles. Run it on one day, over a few days, or throughout the month of April (when everyone is excited for the London marathon).
- Run from London to Paris - 214 miles (as the crow flies).
- Run 10 miles a week for 6 months!
