Letter from Helen Finlinson, Director of Care
Dear families,
I’m delighted to say we’re at the start of an exciting new chapter at EACH, as we begin to shape our Care Strategy for 2026–30 – Reaching Further. This will guide how we grow, develop, and deliver our care over the next five years, and we want to build it with you, not just for you.
Your insight, experience, and voice are essential to create a strategy that truly reflects the needs of those we support, and those we can reach in the future. We need to hear what matters most to you – your priorities, the challenges you face, and the moments that have made a difference.
Whether you've been with us for a long time or just a few months, your unique perspective will help us identify what’s working well, and also where we can do more or do things differently.
We hope you’ll join us on this journey.
You can contribute in whatever way works for you – whether that's completing the survey, joining a focus group or having a one-to-one chat with us. Every piece of feedback will help us shape a stronger, better care service.
Together, we can reach further and ensure EACH continues to make a lasting impact for babies, children, young people, and families – now and in the years ahead.
