Children’s Charity, Rays of Sunshine, are excited to be hosting a brand-new FREE event at the OXO Tower in London called ‘Inside and Out: the confidence event for teens’.
Being a teenager is hard, especially when you’re diagnosed with a serious illness and this event is a chance to grow external confidence and improve internal well-being through meeting others who have faced similar experiences, hearing from experts, watching live demos, getting involved in workshops and most importantly, having fun!
Examples of activities include:
Face art, bracelet making, VR skydiving, Nails by Mets, mindful colouring, The Yoga Psychologist and Pets as Therapy.
