Ian Nicolson

Ian joined EACH in 2016 as Head of Retail and later stepped in to temporarily cover the role of Director of Income Generation, before being appointed Director of Retail in June 2021. Before transforming EACH into a £10 million charity retail operation, Ian built an extensive career managing and developing fast‑moving consumer goods, fresh food, health and beauty, and entertainment across leading grocery and high‑street retailers. His experience includes senior roles with Safeway UK Ltd, as well as Woolworths and Target in Australia.
