Alex Ferguson

Alex is an experienced senior executive and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with over 35 years’ leadership experience across a range of roles in major organisations including Ernst and Young, Aviva, and JLL Commercial Real Estate. Her career has spanned finance, operations, strategy, and change management, giving her a broad perspective on organisational leadership.

A long-time Norfolk resident, Alex feels a strong personal connection to EACH, with The Nook close to home. She also serves as a Governor at Norwich University of the Arts, where she chairs both the Finance & Resources and Investment Committees.

Outside of work, she enjoys sport and spending time with her husband, their two grown-up children, and their much-loved dog.
