Zero tolerance
We are committed to fostering a workplace environment that upholds the dignity and respect of every individual.
Harassment, bullying, and any form of discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- verbal
- physical,
- psychological abuse
- sexual harassment
- or any actions that create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.
All employees and volunteers, regardless of role or seniority, are expected to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times.
Any behaviour that undermines this culture of respect will be addressed with swift, decisive action, up to and including termination of employment or volunteers being stood down.
We encourage volunteers to speak up if they experience or witness any form of harassment or bullying.
Reports will be handled confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Together, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace for everyone.
To speak up, please see the contact details on the Zero Tolerance poster at your volunteering base. Alternatively, please contact your line manager or email volunteerservices@each.org.uk
