Expenses claim

Let us know if you have incurred any expenses whilst volunteering recently and we'll get them reimbursed!

The rate is 55p per mile for the first 10,000 miles claimed in the tax year, and 25p per mile above 10,000 miles.

This rate applies to all types of vehicles used, including electric, diesel, petrol and hybrid vehicles.

In certain circumstances it may be possible to use one of the EACH pool cars. When an EACH electric vehicle is used instead of a petrol or diesel car, it’s even better for the environment!
