Nicky Kendrick

Nicky joined EACH in 2021 as the organisation’s first Director of People and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive in January 2025. Before driving significant positive change for EACH, Nicky worked with European and Global leaders, gaining extensive HR management experience within large blue‑chip organisations. Her career includes roles with Xerox, Cable & Wireless, International Computers (ICL Fujitsu) and British Aerospace.
