We warmly invite you to join us on 3rd October 2026 for our Memory Day, dedicated to remembering and honoring the children and young people who have passed. This special event is themed around a carefully chosen book that holds links to bereavement, offering comfort and connection.
The day will include a meaningful service, activities suitable for all ages, and opportunities to share memories over refreshments. Our care and wellbeing team, along with dedicated volunteers who support our hospice events, will be there to support you throughout the day. The times are: arrival at 1pm, leading into activities, followed by the service at 2:30pm and finishing with refreshments at 3:15pm, ending for approximately 4pm.
Please note this year, due to our ongoing expansion project, the event will be held at a different venue. We understand that changes like this can feel different for families, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and enhance our services.
