FUNDRAISING
Our successful fundraising team based in Milton, Cambridge is currently recruiting to the following position:
Corporate Fundraiser ~ Job Share ~ £12,171-£15,207 ~ 18.75 hours per week (£24,344 to £30,414 pro rata)
We are looking for a jobshare partner to work alongside our current Corporate Fundraiser. Your role will be to manage existing relationships with companies across Cambridgeshire and north Essex, as well as develop new partnerships. Fundraising experience and/or relevant commercial experience is essential. Working days will be Tuesday, Wednesday plus an additional 1/2 day to be agreed.

Palliative Care Manager (Quidenham, Norfolk) ~ £29,381 – £36,218
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Palliative Care Manager for our Quidenham Hospice.
In conjunction with other Palliative Care Managers you will be the operational Manager of a multi-disciplinary team, with responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of EACH’s palliative care services within the locality. This post has a 60% practice and 40% managerial division of duties. In conjunction with the other Palliative Care Managers you will have continuing 24-hour responsibility for the multi-disciplinary children’s palliative care team.

True Colours Trust Clinical Nurse Specialist: Team of Four Nurses Required

The True Colours Trust Team is a 24/7 specialist nursing, support and advice service for children with life-threatening illnesses and complex health care needs living in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and North Essex. The Team, hosted by EACH, will work alongside local nursing teams and provide expert ‘hands on’ symptom management, care and support to children across the care pathway.
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals to develop and implement this specialist and innovative team. You will have substantial post registration clinical experience in children’s palliative care and have the competence to exercise higher levels of judgement, discretion and autonomous decision making. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills together with the ability to influence and provide inspirational leadership to affect change.
