Working Pattern: 3 days over 5 working daysFlexible - preferably Tuesday-ThursdayTEMPORARY Contract - 12 monthsDo you have: Customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience of working with Database's Experience of collaboratively working with colleagues across departments / organisationThe role:The Supporter Care Officer role involves providing excellent customer service as a first point of contact to our supporters. Each interaction will be a first-class experience, ensuring our supporters' enquiries are dealt with promptly, politely, efficiently and empathetically.The role includes making and receiving telephone calls, as well as monitoring and responding to enquiries in the charity’s main Fundraising Inbox. You will work with multiple teams to signpost supporters quickly and accurately to ensure their enquiry is resolved.You will work on the charity’s database to add and update accurate data to support the Individual Giving team and wider Fundraising team.
