Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and commercial awareness. Able to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets,Do you have a hands-on approach and the ability to: Recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of EACH. Influence and increase sales and productivity.Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage, however this role would also suit a candidate with high street retail experience. As this is a retail post, regular weekend work is required.

Each interaction will be a first-class experience, ensuring our supporters' enquiries are dealt with promptly, politely, efficiently and empathetically.The role includes making and receiving telephone calls, as well as monitoring and responding to enquiries in the charity’s main Fundraising Inbox. You will work with multiple teams to signpost supporters quickly and accurately to ensure their enquiry is resolved.You will work on the charity’s database to add and update accurate data to support the Individual Giving team and wider Fundraising team. Able to work on your own initiative and problem solve.Do you have: Previous retail experience - charity shop experience is preferred but not essential. Hands-on approach and the ability to motivate a team of volunteers. Experience of maximising sales & generating income.Responsibilities include: Co-ordinate volunteer effort to ensure that the shops maximise their turnover whilst minimising costs. Ensure that volunteers are well informed and motivated so that they can develop to their individual potential. Maintain a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shops. Manage and undertake the sorting, moving and storage of a high volume of donated goods. Ensure that all monies are banked, and financial returns completed on a weekly basis. Responsibility for all aspects of security – stock, premises, money (retail income and cash donations) and volunteers / staff.
