Suitable for young people ages 13-18 years.
Activities include cooking, an Easter egg hunt using Virtual Reality and a walk to the Small Animals Unit at the Agricultural College in Milton.
Kristie Foreman (Transition Lead) will be available on the day to talk about transition to adult services and answer any questions.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
A parent/carer will also need to attend. Unfortunately, due to limited number, siblings will be unable to come. Please also note that this event is only open to those under Milton hospice’s care.
