Would you like to take time out to be creative and meet with others in a small and friendly group? If so, this group is for you! You don’t need to be an artist, just interested in taking part
CREATE 13 is a small weekly virtual group hosted over Zoom, led by Sandra Smith, EACH Art Therapist. It is open to anyone over the age of 18 years whose family is receiving care or bereavement support from EACH.
Our theme for winter 2025 is NATURE.
The group will be for 6 sessions on Tuesday’s at 10:30 until 12:00.
CREATE 13 will be hosted on:

Zoom links for the upcoming session will be sent out ahead of the event, along with more info on what the session will entail – please ensure to check your junk!
You can use the materials you have at home for these sessions.
