EACH will benefit once again this year as the increasingly popular Whole Hog returns.
The Whole Hog is an annual obstacle course and mud run taking place for a 12th year on Sunday, 14 October at Wantisden Hall near Woodbridge.
Expect to be crawling under cargo nets, through tunnels, climbing up steep banks and walls, wading through rivers, swinging across monkey bars and much more.
As well as the Whole Hog, a five-mile course for beginners, there will also be a more arduous and challenging ‘Boss Hog’ taking place over seven miles.
The events usually take around one-and-a-half to three hours to complete. Runners will go off in five waves at 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
The earlier teams and individuals sign up the more they save, with those who register before 31st March will be charged £43 for the Whole Hog and £48 for the Boss Hog. Those who want to support EACH should make sure to tick a box indicating they would like a donation to go to the charity. Runners must be aged at least 16.
