It’s very nearly the season to be merry and star bakers have the chance to cause a stir and support East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.
The charity, which provides care and support for children and young people with life-threatening conditions, has a stall at the Ely Cathedral Christmas Fair, which takes place from 17th to 20th November.
In addition to festive cards and gifts, the EACH team will be selling delicious cakes – and are calling on members of the public to help provide sweet treats.
All donations will be welcome and proceeds from the day will be used by EACH to continue its great work across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk.
In addition to its hospice at Milton, the charity also has a shop in Ely High Street, as well as stores in Cambridge, Huntingdon and Soham.
Charlotte Griggs, EACH Community Fundraising Assistant for Cambridgeshire and West Essex, said: “We’re very much looking forward to this event and hoping it proves as successful as 2019, when our stall raised £2,700.
“All donations of cakes will be hugely appreciated.
