Care for children and young people

Care can be delivered in the family home or at the hospice, or a combination of both depending on the family's and child’s preference.

All care staff are trained and qualified, and include: children’s nurses, learning disabilities nurses (with experience of working with children), senior care assistants and care assistants, play specialists, music therapists and family support practitioners. Medical services at home continue to be provided by the family's GP and at the hospice by the local GP service.
