If you would like to donate to our shops, it would be helpful if you could take your goods to the Thetford Distribution Centre (see below). However, if this is impractical , dropping your items off at one of the shops would be great.

Guidance for your donations
Items we particularly like to be donated to our shops:
- Good quality clothing (preferably designer!)
- Good quality, clean bric-a-brac (e.g. ornaments, dinner service sets, mugs, vases etc)
- Modern paperback
- Toys
- Jewellery
- DVDs
- Household Linens
- Retro Clothes
- Dressing Up Clothes
- Small Electrical Items (e.g. clocks, personal CD players)
We now accept a lot more items than we used to, including...
- Bicycles, car safety seats, crash helmets, cycle helmets, riding hats
- Prams, pushchairs, cots, cot mattresses, cot bumpers, carrycots, baby slings)
- Children's shoes, fur, nightwear, safety/protective clothing and equipment, spectacles.
- Cosmetics
- Large electrical items including computer equipment, microwaves, televisions, stereo systems - Furniture and cushions, pillows, duvets, eiderdowns.
If any items are unsuitable for sale in our shops we can usually either sell them at auction or recycle them, so most donations are acceptable! However, we cannot take larger items such as computers, televisions and furniture at our shops. Please call Retail Support manager Karen Boxall on 01842 821 620, or email Karen to arrange collection.
Volunteering at a shop
EACH shops couldn't run without volunteers - if you feel able to donate a few regular hours a week, please contact us.
