A gift of £360 could fund 10 hours of short break care

Many children’s conditions deteriorate slowly, putting an enormous strain on family life. Weekend breaks and family activities are difficult, and parents rarely have a normal mealtime or a full night’s sleep. Short-break care can be provided in the family home or in the hospice, and the family can choose to stay at the hospice too, giving them the chance to stay alongside their child without the responsibility of 24 hour care.
