Give a gift of care this Christmas

Your support this Christmas, no matter how big or how small, helps us offer vital care and support to local children and their families...

Give a gift of care this Christmas and help families like Tom's...
  • £10 allows our chef to prepare and cook meals for families staying at the hospice this Christmas.

We employ chefs to prepare delicious meals for all the children, young people and family members staying at the hospices.

  • £20 can pay for an essential care kit for our nurses to use when providing care in the family home this Christmas.

We provide care and support wherever the family wishes – in their own home, in hospital or at one of our hospices.

  • £37 could provide an hour of music therapy.

Stimulating movement and encouraging the children to express their feelings and emotions by listening to or joining in with singing or playing instruments

  • £74 can provide 2 hours of care at end of life.

Understandably, families often want their child to be at home or in the hospice when they are nearing the end of their life – we provide specialist staff to enable this to happen.

Music therapy has done wonders for Tom

Your gift of care could help families like Charlie's...

"Tom is generally unable to speak but is vocal and will shout and laugh. Music therapy has done wonders for him, it helps him to communicate and express himself, and most importantly teaches him about choice, and empowers him to make decisions like choosing what instruments to play with.”
Mel - Tom's mum

The care and support EACH offers Charlie and his family is invaluable

“Nurses come to our home, which means we can relax and catch up on much-needed sleep, knowing Charlie is being well cared for. It’s the only time we get a whole night’s sleep, and we always say we can deal with anything as long as we get sleep! The care and support EACH offers to Charlie, us as parents and our family as a whole is invaluable, and we really would be lost without them.”
Cheryl - Charlie's mum
