Event Terms and Conditions
I understand that East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, it’s employees, agents and volunteers, are indemnified against all claims for injury during participation in this event. The Charity has taken all reasonable steps to eliminate the chances of injury but there is a certain minimal risk in every activity and you should withdraw from the event if you have any doubts. The Charity reserves the right to remove any participant who does not abide by the rules. A Public Liability policy is in force but this does not cover personal accidents. I understand that all participants in the event must observe the law of the land relating to road travel and that bicycles must be in good working order and comply with Road Traffic Regulations. I also understand that any photographs taken by the EACH photographer may be used in publicity materials for this event.
If any participants are aged 14 to 17: I agree to his/her participation in and under the rules of the event and I am satisfied that, being aged 14 years or over, he/she is sufficiently capable and experienced to assume full responsibility for his/her safety whilst participating in this event.
If any participants are aged 13 or under: Participants aged 13 or under MUST be accompanied by someone aged 18 or over, who will take full responsibility for him/her during the event.
