  • Exhilarating 10,000ft freefall parachute jump
  • Run for EACH in local events and marathons – there are lots to choose from whatever your speed or distance!
  • Trek to heights of over 5500 metres on Kilimanjaro, one of the world’s most picturesque peaks
  • Try something different, such as the Lapland Husky Trail or the Zambezi rafting blast

Claire’s story – Arctic Adventure

Photo from Claire's Arctic Adventure

“Last April I put together a team of 6 people who joined me in an Arctic Adventure to raise funds for EACH. Travelling to Northern Scandinavia we spent a day training for our 225km trek across frozen wastes, each working with our own team of sled dogs. We had all worked hard to reach the necessary fitness levels beforehand, but it was still challenging travelling 30 – 60 km a day and camping in tents in blizzards, but respect for the dogs and the support of your sponsors keeps you going. Regardless of the frozen toes and relief to have made it home safely, I’d do it all again tomorrow!”
