Many corporate crews have experienced the fun and benefits of the ancient Chinese tradition of Dragon Boat racing. Rather than focussing on individual skills, it’s about everyone pulling together as one, which encourages balanced, communicative and perfectly-timed teamwork. It’s a great opportunity for staff from different levels and departments to get to know each other and to race together in pursuit of a trophy.
