Children's Hospice Week is a national week of activities aimed at raising awareness and funds for children's hospices throughout the country.
At EACH we rely on public support for around 72% of our required income of £5.8 million a year - this amounts to nearly £11,500 a day from voluntary donations. The majority of costs are not for expensive equipment but for the specialist one-to-one care and support which is so vital to the children and families using our services.
There are loads of fundraising events going on during Children's Hospice Week that you can get involved in (see below for details). Or how about organising your own fundraiser - there are loads of ideas on the Children's Hospices UK website. Whatever you decide to do, we'd love to hear from you - contact us for information, advice and tips from our Fundraising team.
