19 Aug 09: Hopes & Dreams

19th August 2009

The Hopes and Dreams Charity Ball, complete with champagne reception, five-course dinner and live entertainment is being held at Hungarian Hall, in Pettistree near Woodbridge in aid of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).

David Boardley, managing director of Hungarian Hall Events, said: "The Hopes and Dreams Charity Ball will be a very plush affair and we hope to follow in the footsteps of last year’s hugely successful event which raised more than £5,000 for charity.

"We chose EACH to benefit from the Hopes and Dreams Charity Ball because it is a local charity and a very worthwhile cause."

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) provides care and support for life-threatened children and their families in their own homes, as well as at the charity’s hospices based at Ipswich, Quidenham and Milton in Cambridge.

Larger-than-life Suffolk entertainer, Charlie Haylock, will entertain guests with his stories of the county in broad Suffolk dialect, while Norwich-based band Sahara will get guests up off their seats and on to the dance floor.

The ball takes place on Saturday September 26, tickets are £45 and are available by email or calling 01394 460362, and for more information visit: www.hopesanddreamsball.org
